What is Marketing?

      American Marketing Association’s (AMA 2013) official definition of marketing made in 2013 is: “the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large.” 
 
         BusinessDictionary (2017) defines it simply as the management process which goods and services move from concept to the customer
